We're hiring! If you're interested in an exciting career as a mountain bike performance coach based at the heart of the Tweed Valley's iconic trails, where you'll get to ride your bike for a living, then this could be for you...

Dirt School is one of the top mountain bike coaching companies, working with riders of all levels from complete beginners to world level athletes. We’re looking for a professional full-time performance coach to join our dynamic team and take a lead role in delivering our BASE College coaching sessions, day courses, private bookings and kids academy. In addition, the successful candidate will contribute towards our syllabus development and teaching methods as we continue to improve on everything we do!

Every role with us is varied which keeps it interesting, as such, the successful candidate will have some involvement in other areas of the business too; we're ideally looking for someone who's experienced (or willing to learn) in bike mechanics and retail, or, has extensive experience with photography/videography and Adobe creative suite. That being said, if you're the right coach for the job then there could be scope for flexibility here.
